The vampire Solomon has the power to imprison the soul of his victims through melodies which he composes with the help of an orchestra of ghosts. Cabiria is a silent movie diva, killed by her husband and returned back to life thanks to Solomon, of whom she has become the favorite servant. Cabiria narrates the deeds of Solomon during the whole XX Century. Still Solomon keeps some secrets which are unknown even to Cabiria: what makes him so cold and cynical? What’s the secret behind the ‘Eternal Melody’? Who’s the young girl buried in the field of tulips?

Is now available for free-streaming to the public the movie – a rock opera – “The Seven Lives of Solomon Phillips”, in Italian with English subtitles by director Stefano Poletti.

A cult, underground 40 minutes film written, composed and interpreted by the histrionic artist Lods and featuring rockers such as Pino Scotto, Hasma from What a Funk?, HeLLeR and famous noir writer and TV presenter Andrea G. Pinketts (in the role of the producer).

Inspired by a variety of genres, from silent movies to power metal to Iggy Pop, the original soundtrack of “Le Sette Vite di Solomon Phillips” is available digitally through Hell’ Station/Believe and was played by as many as 23 real instruments including mandolin, violins, church organ, sitar, an original hammond and a Gregorian choir.

The movie is a grand love declaration of the protagonist to his mysterious muse. It’s possible to purchase the DVD (with extra content, in Italian, and a documentary-interview) through the production house Berlino Mon Amour.

The first single, the ballad “Tulipania” from the original soundtrack of “Le Sette Vite di Solomon Phillips” will be available for Radio airplay from March, 2.
